Looks like some more information is coming out about what Phil Ruffin has planned for the New Frontier lot, across the street from Wynn Las Vegas.

The design isn't finalized but it does seem that Ruffin is sticking with the observation wheel that we've heard about several times in the past.

Wynn Las Vegas is going to need a taller mountain to block that ferris wheel!

I hope Mr. Ruffin uses a Swiss architectural theme for his new resort. I'm tired of the same old plain glass towers of the new luxury condos and casinos going up around town. They look like other skycrapers being built elsewhere. Let's get back to what made Vegas, Vegas: the World on one road - the Strip. I used to visit Vegas to check out the newest part of the world being built on the strip, the new stuff doesn't interest me to return. Swiss architecture has not been represented yet in Vegas and if it was built by Mr. Ruffin, I couldn't wait to come back to see it!
