Weekend Research Trip: Encore, Mirage and More
Posted by HunterThis Thursday - Saturday will be on a research trip at Wynn Las Vegas (yes, life is tough), working on a detailed story on Encore's development, 'bare' at The Mirage and more. New for this time around - I'll be recording audio as well as writing details. We'll see how that goes. I might go to see 'LOVE', still not sure. Any requests for information, leave them in the comments.

This weekend would probably be a good time to see LOVE, Paul is supposed to be coming to Vegas to see it before he goes back to the UK for his 64th.
YES!!! Any Encore news or hard-concrete info would be great! I am curious about this rumor or a top floor place to eat. I hope that is true, that would be cool!

For those curious, the new Mirage ultra-lounge, 'Revolution' will be in the space directly behind the players club sign up, across from the elevator lobby on the 'Street of Shops'. The space was once retail and is currently not being used.
Hunter, are you talking about the space that (when I was last there {December}) was occupied by D. Fine?
I had always thought that the ultra lounge/bar/whatever, was supposed to go into the place formerly occupied by the Baccarat Bar. I wish they would put something in that space, other than slots (the bare space opens up way too many sight lines in the casino).
As a side note, I can't wait until next week, I'll finally be staying at Mirage, and seeing O. I was going to do a trip report, but it seems like that has already been covered. Oh well.
If possible, the basic idea of the Enocre rooms, the types and number of restaurants, the overall feel of the resort and if there will be multilevel attractions and shops.. THanks a lot...Have fun!!
