JackpotCity.com - 500 FREE Spins!

Howdy all, just a friendly note to let you know that I have updated the iPhone version of RateVegas.com to include a new feature that I hope will be useful.

When visiting Las Vegas, I find that often people want to know what restaurants are nearby (not just in) the hotel they are currently hanging out in. Well, we added a new feature to handle exactly this - the system asks where you are and gives the top rated restaurants in all nearby hotels - pretty neat!

Thanks for the email feedback I got from a few people - the site has been further improved over the past few hours. It's really coming along!

Down the line, we'll offer the ability to submit ratings from the iPhone, which will be a fun feature.

Beyond all of that, the other things I've been thinking about are ways to offer up our data to other sites to help expand their content. By this I mean, little widgets that would feature our hotel and ratings info for other Web site owners to use and put into their pages. I'm still trying to figure out how much demand there is for this stuff. The thing is, we have a ton of content, from hotel editorial info, ratings, reviews and thousands of photos - I want to make sure it gets the most possible use, hence my considering options to expand the horizon.

This works on the new touch iPods, too, right?

The other day I saw someone talking on an iPhone. People look awesome on the phone with them, and look kinda goofy trying to type messages with them.
