Project CityCenter is a massive development underway between Bellagio and Monte Carlo that will feature a 4,000 room luxury casino-hotel, two smaller boutique hotels and nearly 3,000 condos, spread across the 66-acre site and linked by a pedestrian mall. It will open in phases starting in 2009 and is estimated to cost between $7B-$9B.
