Opened in 1996 by Primmadonna Resorts, later purchased by MGM Grand and now owned by MGM Mirage. NYNY features small scale replicas of 1930's era New York City skyscrapers. Their 'Manhattan Express' rollercoaster runs along the Strip. Original cost was $485 million and it is modeled after 12 famous NYC skyscrapers.
