  • My husband and I stayed last week at Sunset Station. It seemed like a good alternative to the strip hotels and the price was right. Part of the reason we chose this hotel is we were promised $200 in Discounts and Coupons upon check in. We found this savings appealing. What we found is that throughout our stay, no coupon book was provided and the excuse was "they've been at the printers for more than 3 weeks". No manager would talk to us, no compensation given. We were told "oh well, it's not that good of a coupon/discount book anyhow". Poor customer service was the norm and our "suite" was little more than a room with two beds and a couch. Very disapointing. They couldn't pay me to stay there again.
