• payouts have gradually lessened in the last 19 months. poor refreshment service while playing slots. late evening you often have to wait more than 30 mins for a waitress to take your order.

• We stayed here for one night to attend a concert. The concert was great and the room was nice and clean, but it was so noisy that we hardly slept at all. The doors are very thin, so every time a noisy drunk person walked down the hall (which was often, of course) it sounded like they were in the room with us - I felt like I was at a slumber party. We have stayed in Las Vegas many times and this is the noisiest hotel we have been in. The buffet was average, but there was a long wait when there were plently of open tables and when we were seated, our table and chairs were not clean. On the plus side, there was a nice selection of food and it was all hot and fresh. The service was good and the staff was friendly. Our reservation, check-in, and check-out went smoothly. Overall, I'd say avoid this place - it costs just as much as the hotels on the strip and it isn't that good.
