  • You're kidding right? This is the first review? Ok... without getting too detailed, Drais' is and has been the premiere Afterhours nightclub in Vegas for the last 5 or more years. If you are used to the clubscene in NY, LA or Miami this place will knock you out. Even if you are familiar with those cities, frequent visitors from those cities sometimes claim this is the best afterhours club in the COUNTRY. So, if you are into nightlife and house music, this is your venue. A few notes, it doesn't really get busy until after 3am. So if you don't look the part (to get past the velvet rope) or don't want to wait in line, get here before 1am... but dont expect the beautiful people (and there are dozens) to arrive until nearly 4am. Stars have also been known to frequent this place, especially on long weekends or during big events. Its elegantly decorated with deep red velvet curtains and marble, the couches are plush and Vegas-chic (tiger/leopard print) Everyone pays cover (even locals) and its steep $30, and that's even after you tip the big guy in black to let you past the rope. The drinks are strong and expensive, the crowd is beautiful and knows it, but this is THE place to be. If you leave before 6am, you don't know how to party and didn't belong here in the first place. So, go at your own risk and prepare to have a blast and prepare to leave in the daylight! Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights only...
