• There is something really special about Koi at Planet Hollywood! The cuisine melds the best of East and West together in a harmonious symphony of flavors. The wait staff is very knowledgeable and eager to introduce the newcomer to sample the mingling of flavors available pairing our meal with a great variety of sake along with more traditional libations. The ambiance is less “hop” and more “hip” while merging old and new music to enhance the experience.
