  • My wife and I were referred to Woo's in the new Palazzo, Las Vegas by two sources...the concierge ('her favorite') and the hostess at upscale Morels, also located at the Palazzo. The restaurant is family owned by the Woo's longtime Las Vegans. The family had two other locations in Las Vegas when Venetian/Palazzo owner Adelson asked that the Woo's prepare a concept restaurant for the new Palazzo. What a find! The food is pan/euro Asian, served 'tapas' (small portions) style. The waiter (Richard) was very helpful, suggesting several favorite items. All were terrific! The sashimi with peppers and cilantro was subtle...and fabulous. The blackened cod was delicate and VERY tasty. The pastry chef's beignets were to die for. This is a genuine find. The family members pay attention to service, are accommodating in every way and the food is worth traveling for. WHen contrasted to the many other wonderful celebrity-chef (Puck, Ogden, et al), family-owned an operated Woo stands out as find. Go there. We will, again and again. Al & Karen
