What a major disappointment! The space is small and the sound is horrible. In the 70s room, the sound was so muddy that I didn’t recognize “Copacabana” until the last chorus. The same for “Sweet Home Alabama”.
A band was playing in the 80s room but I don’t know why. The bass was a dull roar, while the drums and the guitar were mixed to low to be heard. That wasn’t the worst! At least in the 70s and 80s rooms, a person could distinguish a beat. Not so in the 90s room; the sound in there literally sounded like a jet engine at full throttle.
The 2000 room was alright though. The sound was decent and the room was somewhat sizable. The layout was kind of strange though, and for some reason all the dancers stayed on side of the floor, leaving the other half empty.
The club opened at 10 and with a decent sized crowd, however by midnight the crowd was quite noticeably thinned.
Certainly not worth the $20 cover nor the ridiculously priced drinks. To be honest, my first impression was that someone took all the worst parts of all the Vegas clubs and tossed them into this space at random.
This club just needs to be closed, junked and rebuilt from the ground up.
