This has always been one of my favorite places to eat. Surprised other reviews were bad. Good menu selection and never had a bad meal there even once.

May have been an off night, but this place seems to have really gone downhill (I used to stay at the Mirage 3 or 4 times a year, and frequented Caribe). Our waitress was very rude, slow, and the meal was just lacking in comparison to other cafes in Vegas. I personally thought the Terrace Cafe at TI was much better from food quality to service. Atleast with the new buffet at the Mirage, the lines here are short, but thats about the only positive thing I can think of.

Ate here just prior to my Grand Canyon tour February 26 at 6:00 am. Couldn’t eat all the omelet but didn’t allow enough time. Excellent if overpriced.

My favorite pick for a casino coffee shop/24 hour cafe. The Caribe has all kinds of great food (even better since a recent menu revamp). Service is usually quite good, even in the wee hours of the morning. Prices are reasonable and portions are large.

The line we waited on was too long. The food was ok, but nothing I’d go back for

Had a surprisingly excellent dinner at the NOODLE. Seemed that the crowds all went over to the Caribe side as the menu was more readily understood and cheaper, so we got swift seating. The servers were quite knowledgable and willing to share that info. I had a tasty sea bass and we shared an very good appetizer of pot stickers. A bit pricey, but worth it, IMHO.

HORRIFIC!! Everything at the Mirage was fabulous with the exception of the Caribe Cafe. At 10 am we decided to have a nice breakfast. Boy were we disappointed. We waited in line for 15-20 minutes even though there were plenty of open tables. Then when we finally got seated it took about 15 minutes just to get a simple ham and eggs breakfast. Just because they were not staffed appropriately is no excuse. The customer should always come first.
We had a nice dinner at Kokomo’s and it was fabulous. Amazing the difference in the two restaurants at the same hotel.

The all new Caribe Cafe, just totally re-done, has a great
new menu. The portions are HUGE and the food is
excellent. Open 24 hours and recommended.

We enjoyed two breakfasts at the Caribe, but were especially happy that we
stumbled into the adjacent Asian restaurant for lunch. It’s actually located
within the Caribe, and it’s called The Noodle Cafe. Owing to the large number of
Asian guests, we assumed that the food was probably more faithful to that
found in the Far East, and indeed there were a number of dishes on the menu
that we didn’t recognize (not that either of us has much expertise with Asian
cuisine). Happily, that didn’t keep us from trying some of them. Were we ever
glad we did!
The ever-familiar pot-stickers were stuffed with spinach in translucent rice
wrappers and served from a cart of hot appetizers: Not cheap, but yummy!
Our two different pork dishes were also terrific. Neither was prepared in a
conventional American/Chinese style, so we enjoyed a new dining experience
AND delicious foodl. Despite a rather hefty $40 tab for lunch, we really liked
our meal. What a nifty but pricey little place this turned out to be!
