This location is now a Salt Lick BBQ, similar to the one at Red Rock. The Red Rock one has a nicer dining room, the Santa Fe one has a bar.
Overall, the food is good but not worth coming all the way out here from the Strip or something. If you’re visiting from town and want to visit, go to the Red Rock one unless you’re staying way out here in the ‘burbs.

Visited 13th June 05 for Dinner.
Wed been her previously in 2003 and it had been one of our best meals on that trip.
This time the food didnt seem quite as good the barbecued meats seemed a bit drier than last time.
This may have been because we went on a quieter night (Monday) than our last visit.
Having said that I still recommend this place the meat is uniquely flavoured and the accompaniment are also well worth trying.
Recommended are the links, brisket, ribs and chicken.
