Restaurant Ratings & Reviews Tom Colicchio's Heritage Steak (The Mirage)

Visited Heritage Steak with two buddies after watching football games. This place has energy as it is just off the main walkway through Mirage, under the glass dome. The steaks were amazing and the service was perfect. Our server was friendly, fun and our drinks were never empty. Each of us ordered different steaks and tried each of them. I ordered the 10oz Filet, and my friends ordered a 18oz Bone-In-Ribeye and a 28 day aged 32oz Bone-In-Ribeye. They were all amazing. The 28 day aged Ribeye had possibly the most amazing flavor of any steak I have had. The meal and experience were worth every penny. Heritage Steak has now become a place that I will likely try to eat a meal at each time I visit Las Vegas.

While the food is fantastic, the service was a bit of a miss. I ordered a glass of wine to be served with my meal resulting in me having to remind my waiter twice as I was almost half way through my steak before it was finally brought out. The 14oz New York Strip was a perfect medium rare and is one of the best I have ever had. I ordered the chopped salad with blue cheese and bacon. The serving was huge and the flavor was absolutely delicious (for a salad!). For sides we ordered mushrooms, asparagus, and their beer-battered onion rings, and they all are big enough and encouraged to be shared. The mushrooms were some of the best I ever had and it was an excellent compliment to the steak. I prefer these far more than the Gordon Ramsay offering. The onion rings were okay, even though they did a pretty good job at maintaining the beer flavor. The asparagus was underwhelming; I've had better at home. For a pre-dinner cocktail I tried the Blackberry Smash. In my opinion, It was very tasty but a bit small for $14. In the end, while the meat is almost perfect, the service was a bit "meh", it is VERY expensive.

Excellent meal! I had the 18oz bone-in ribeye, which had a miniscule bone in it. The meat was so tender, and cooked to a perfect consistency. My wife had the 10 oz filet, which was perfection to her! Get the warm king crab and you will not be disappointed!

Expected better. Service was excellent, food was good but nothing stood out.

STK still reigns supreme but this was impressive. Great space, atmosphere and wait staff. Enjoyed our time there so much, we hung out at the bar for a bit after dinner. This is the kind of steakhouse Mirage deserves. Food is great and even more impressive when you consider all the steaks are cooked over an open flame. Yet another quality option for steak in Vegas.

Phenomenal meal! This was my first time eating at one of Colicchio's restaurants, so I'll admit I geeked out a little when we got to the restaurant. We knew it would be pricey, but the husband gave me clearance to order whatever I wanted.

From the bread with salted butter, to the mini bottle of wine to the Wagu steak, it was all delicious. And the service was outstanding - very knowledgable and friendly staff. This is one of my new favorite restaurants in Vegas.

Had heard this was opening and was curious to see how this would differ from the Craft spots Tom is so famous for. Elegant in its simplicity. Everything from seating to drinks to dinner was quick friendly and delicious. Had the Ribeye with potatoes and mushrooms with the scallop for starters. The mushrooms were out of this world!!! Scallop was cooked perfect and the kick at the end was a nice surprise. With wine dinner for two was just at $200.00 so this isn't The Sizzler but if you want to try good food made the way it should, give this place a try.
