Yes, it's true... our first iPad contest back in March was a huge success - so much so, it's time to do it again!
You can win one of Apple's shiny new tablets to be your very own, simply by submitting reviews of your favorite hotels, restaurants and activities into our iPhone/iPad app, Vegas Mate, or view the Web site at RateVegas.com.
The winner will be announced LIVE during the Vegas Podcast-a-palooza on October 30th at The Flamingo.
All the details after the jump.
I'll give the winner a $540 Apple Store gift card, the retail value of a 16GB WiFi iPad + California sales tax. Any other fees are the responsibility of the winner.
The winner will be chosen October 30th, 2010 during the 3rd annual Vegas Podcast-a-palooza event at The Flamingo. You do not need to be present to win but if you are, I'm happy to walk to the Apple Store with you right then and there if you want.
The results will also be posted on this blog. If for some reason I can't get in touch with the winner within 48 hours of the drawing, I will pick another winner based on the same criteria.
You can have as many entries as you leave submissions. The more reviews you submit, the more chances you have to win.
Think of all the restaurants you've visited, all the hotels you've slept in. Share those experiences with the world and score an iPad!
Entries are valid between August 5th, 2010 and October 29th, 2010 at midnight.
Lastly, this has nothing to do with winning the contest but if you're a Vegas Mate user, I'd love it if you'd go on to iTunes and write a review. It helps new customers find Vegas Mate.
Don't submit bogus reviews, they will be disqualified and just piss me off. Believe me, these are easy to spot. I hold 100% discretion as to what is a bogus review. Just don't do it. You don't have to write War and Peace, just be sincere and tell us what you think.
Open to people in the United States and Canada only. The winners of past contests are ineligible. Void where prohibited by cheeseburger.
Any questions? Fire below... I hope you all enter and I can't wait to give someone an iPad.
