Mirage Nightclub, 'Jet Vegas', to Open Late 2005

Posted by Hunter

According to Norm in the LVRJ, the new nightclub going in at The Mirage will open in 2005 and be called 'Jet Vegas'.

It is being operated by the folks that run Light at Bellagio.

This sounds... Alright. If it's made by the Light folks it will probably be classy enough to "fit in" with the Mirage lineup, and there's quite a bit of empty space along the north wall of the casino.

Still, they should have jumped on this before Caesars did Pure. While I realize that spot of the strip has lacked in nightclubs compared to the south end, is there really a big enough audience in this idea to have Light, Pure, and Jet Vegas all in the next property over from each other? I'd never know because I don't actually go to these things, the expensive drinks and loud music drive me away.

vegas scene is too penetrated with night clubs right now as it is. sasson of light is going to try and strike "gold" again, but sadly, it will not happen no matter how hard his staff works. and with a name like JetVegas? kinda silly if you ask me.

Jet sounds like it's going to be awesome! If it's anything like their other clubs it will be rocking! I always have so much fun at Light and Caramel. Can't wait to try their new venue.

Mirage has posted the hours on their website. Looks like Jet will be having their locals/industry night on Monday nights. This means Foundation Room is no longer the only place to party on a Monday night.

Another club opening by Light members, should be an experience. I definately have had quite a few memories at Light over the years, Jet keeps me intrigued. Can't wait to go!
