Wynn Departs Singapore Bidding Process?

According to this RJ article, Wynn Resorts will not be bidding on a potential project for Singapore:

I'm actually pleased with this decision as I'm sure going forward with this project would probably have pushed Encore back again.

An interesting tidbit that caught my attention was the 3000 dealers required for the 500 baccarat tables in the Macau casino. Those are some shocking numbers. I'd guess Wynn LV has at most 25 baccarat tables, maybe 30 if you include mini-baccarat and that's a higher estimate since I've never seen once of the private rooms to tell. I wonder if this game carries the same high roller allure and limits as it does in Las Vegas and Monaco? Maybe most will be the mini-baccarat variant?
